Independent Cisco Support,
Without the Renewal Shock

SmartNet renewal pricing climbs steeply as gear ages, and once a platform passes Last Date of Support (LDoS), Cisco won't renew at any price. Our CCIE-level engineers keep that hardware in production.

Three Things About Cisco Support

Straight talk on where independent support genuinely helps — and where it doesn't.

01

LDoS is a hard wall, not a negotiation

Once Cisco publishes a Last Date of Support, the contract simply ends. There's no premium tier that extends it. TPM is the only route that keeps that switch or router under a real SLA.

02

You're likely paying for software you don't consume

A large share of SmartNet value sits in IOS/NX-OS updates. On a stable access layer that hasn't taken a feature update in three years, you're funding entitlements you never use.

03

Sparing is the actual risk

Cisco's advantage was never diagnosis — it was parts logistics. We hold Cisco spares including line cards, supervisors, and SFPs for platforms Cisco stopped stocking years ago.

We Cover the Rest of Your Estate Too

Most environments run four or five vendors. Consolidating them under one agreement removes a great deal of administrative overhead.
